Gamers-Forum.com just turned Two years old today August 27th 2008. I am going by Eastern Standard Time so some of you may not be here yet. The forum has been around for two years now and I am happy to say that I own the forum and I will keep on working to make it as best as I can in the future.

ROSE Online also known as Rush on Seven Episodes is a very fun MMORPG that I used to play back in my early high school years. It become a free to play game less than a month ago on July 29th and I just found out about it.

I used to play the game for hours on out back when I did so I am very excited about this. I plan on trying to game and at the same time hope I have time to do all my college work as well as my web hosting business.

At Gamers-Forum.com, the last week of August, we will be having a Free Arcade week. Meaning whether you want to play Tetris or Chopper Challenge, you can play without having any GFP or Gamers Forum Points which is the forum currency.

I installed a CSS Zombie Mod server the other day. It hasn’t been as popular as I had expected but It will probably get there sooner or later when people want to try it out. I actually brought it out on Sunday for testing purposes.

I actually won’t be releasing the IP or connection information for a while. I want to do some more testing and then decide if I should keep it up or just take it down. But if I do keep it up, you will definitely get the connection address info here on Corpus Opis.

At Gamers Forum, we call our members Gamers which sounds more appropriate in my opinion. And Yesterday we hit 1600 members which is a huge deal. We get an average of a 130 gamers a month so getting a 100 new members is a pretty big deal.

We have already gotten about 80 gamers this month and there is still about 15 total days left. Hopefully we can work up to getting a total of a 140 or a 150 new members for the month of August, it will be a treat since it is our Birthday month and all.

Earlier today my Battlefield 2 game arrived. I had to wait a few hours before Installing and playing but it was worth it. The primary reason to getting the BF2 game was to try it out in the server I run at home because I haven’t tried this game or Team Fortress 2 out yet.

Hopefully I can play the game a bit more over the next two weeks before starting up classes again. That was the secondary reason of getting the game. Now to find a few friends to play with.

I finally won a battlefield 2 auction on eBay after trying for about 3 weeks now. This time I didn’t even try to win. I bid on it a week ago and just left it there. Honestly, i forgot that I bid on it. And last night I get an email saying I won the auction and I am a little shocked.

But i Paid for the item and hopefully it gets here quickly so I can play the game as much as I can before classes open back up. I am happy to have won this. I guess patience pays off at the end.

Autobahn is a very fun racing game. It is a flash game that can be found at Gamers-Forum.com. In this game I got a score of over 10,000 and it is one of my best scores even though it is not my best score or even THE best autobahn score.

Yesterday since I was really bored I had to pass some time. I played a few games, one being Guitar Hero III for my PS2. I played for almost an hour before getting bored with it. And also this was the first time I played since May so I was a little rusty.

I did pretty horrible for a return. I guess I forgot some of the songs as well as the fingering of the fret board. I am thinking of trying it again tomorrow if I have the time and then testing my skills again. I may even invite a few friends over to play with me because I always love competition and it’s what drives me.

Below is a video of me playing Candy Tetris while there was a cable outage in my area yesterday. It isn’t the best game play or the best score but it is a classic game that I used to play on my sega genesis called Jewel and this is fun. I love playing tetris type games.
