I had a few deals yesterday that were near unbelievable. For example on Newegg, they were selling 4 GB Corsair RAM for $15 after mail in rebate, I wanted to jump on it but the Rebate expired yesterday. I didn’t know if they would ship the items out on time for me to get the packing label for that day.

Second deal came from a $300 23″ monitor. Although it was a very good deal, I had no way of coming up with the money to get it. I also passed up on a 600 Watt PSU for $30. I know these are all computer stuff but what can I say, I’m a computer geek.

So early this evening I had a huge turkey leg. It was big, the whole turkey was about 15 pounds and I had a drumstick which was probably 2 to 3 pounds and that’s a lot considering it came from a bird weighing just 15 pounds. I doubt I’ll want to eat turkey for a while now.

Yesterday Wordpress released its latest stable version of 2.6.5. This supposedly clears up some bugs and hopefully it does because when my college semester is over, I plan to take some time off to upgrade this blog and the rest of my other blogs to the latest version.

Hopefully wordpress has the 2.6 series fixed. I believe that 2.7 beta is out and they are working on releasing that next and if they can do it by the end of December, I will definitely wait for it because it is the next huge upgrade.
