Disrespectful Kids

I really hate when kids come onto your web site and disrespect your rules. I mean the rules are there to keep order in any place, not just relating to web sites and forums that have these. But sometimes it can be fun to mess with them.
I brought this up today because some guy decided to come onto my forum and just break the rules and say it doesn’t matter. Well I did warn and even removed the link he tried to post because if he doesn’t think our rules matter, I don’t think anything he says matter. Will anyone else argue with that point?
